What’s NEW at Webinar-A-GoGo, @webinaragogo?

Wednesday, November 24th, 2010

That’s a great question! Speaking of @webinaragogo, make sure you follow us on twitter and become a fan on Facebook if you haven’t yet! It’s the fastest way to get tips for using GoGo & marketing your webinars!

Here are the awesome new features you can take advantage of:

1)  Automatic Adjustment for Daylight Savings - You may have noticed that Daylight Saving has come and gone, and your webinars are playing right on track! Not to worry, Arizona-folk. We know you dance to your own drummer. If you stay in standard time year round, simply go to your webinar’s Edit page and uncheck the “Adjust for Daylights Savings Time” box in the basics section. That was easy!

2) Advanced Registration Duplication to 3rd Party Services - If you want to have registrant information added to your 3rd party service (aWeber, etc.), rather than into your GoGo tracking module, you now have a choice of presentation. You can have a new blank page come up when someone registers, or use the existing registration page and simply replace our system’s webform with the 3rd party form. You can customize this on your webinar’s Edit page, on the Registration tab. If you don’t use a 3rd party service, don’t worry about this feature.

3) Upload Center Loading Bar - Have you been trying to upload your video in the Upload Center and couldn’t tell how much longer it was going to take? Have no fear! The NEW loading bar is here! I know a loading bar doesn’t seem like a big deal…Ooo a status bar that moves across the screen according to the progress of your video upload, big woop! But really, it takes all the guessing out of uploading. The stress of “Is it actually working?” is gone, and it allows you to plan your next task accordingly. Ahh, sweet predictability :)

4) Merge Codes for Referrals’ Email - We’ve all been there! You have a referral partner who’s excited about using the system. You clone all the webinars and add your referal partners’ email address to be notified when someone registers & in the ‘from’ field in the autoresponders. Then, your referral partner says their company’s network was eaten by a giant tiger and they now have a new email address. The horror! Now you have to go into each webinar and each autoresponder and update their email address! Instead of putting their new address, put the code [REF_EMAIL]. That code pulls the email address from their profile in your Referral Partner Module. That means, in the future when they change their email again, you’ll only have to change it in one place: the referral partner module. The registration notifications and autoresponders will be updated automatically! If you’re feelin’ really crazy, you can also [REF_FIRST] and [REF_LAST] to include their name in the autoresponder message.

5) “Share” Button on Registration Pages - You now have the option of adding a “Share” button on your Registration Pages. That allows your registrations to automatically post a link to your webinar on their social networks if they like. If you would like to add that button, go to your webinar’s Edit page, and #15 on the Extras tab.

Tweet ya later!

Have you seen the NEW HelpDesk?!

Wednesday, November 17th, 2010

Have you seen the new HelpDesk, yet?! It is beyond cool! The first thing big change you’ll see the next time you go into your dashboard is a new tab on the right side of your browser. It says ‘Support’. I cannot express how delighted I am with this new feature!!

If you’re updating some things in your account and you can’t figure out how to do something, just click the new ripty-dipty tab. There is a place for you to type in what you’re trying to work on, like ‘GoGo Pages’ or ‘Branding’ or ‘Ballroom Dancing’. (The last option is not quite as applicable - I just want to show you how flexible the new system is :) ) Next, you will see any information we have in our knowledge base relating to what you’re working on. If it can’t find anything in our knowledge base, it will provide a form for you to submit your question directly to our expert Tech Team. They typically get back to you within a couple hours Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST.

You can also explore the entire knowledge base on your own if you feel like browsing :) Simply click the ‘Contact Us’ tab on the Webinar-A-GoGo homepage (www.webinaragogo.com). It will take you directly to our new state of the art HelpDesk. There’s a short video of Ralph telling you how to navigate the new system if you need some more guidance. The entire knowlede base is there including video tutorials, FAQs, & blog posts. And you even have the option of submitted a help ticket there as well.

We love to hear from you guys, especially when we get to help you implement the system! Let us know your thoughts as you become more familiar with the new HelpDesk. The majority of our new features have come about because you guys said you wanted them! Keep the bright ideas comin’!

The Latest & Greatest!

Wednesday, November 3rd, 2010

So we just completed our latest upgrade and now we have even more amazing features than before! These are going to blow your mind! Here’s the run down:

1. Indexed Playback; this is KILLER! Basically, if someone arrives “X” minutes late, the playback starts “X” minutes into the recording.  You can find this as option #4 on the webinar’s Edit page. You can select if you would like the video to play from the beginning (so your viewers don’t miss anything) or use the new Indexed Playback (which adds to the live feel & doesn’t start over if the viewer refreshes the page).

2.  Delete button for the GoGo Logo: If you’re not happy with the logo you added, or you don’t want a header on your Registration & Thank-You Pages at all, you can simply delete it! This is something I’ve wanted for awhile! :) You can find the button in the basics section on the webinar’s Edit page, #5.

3. The Autoresponder listing page is now organized with folders for your referral partners. It’s much easier to move around over there and see what’s what!

4. Themes can be applied to your Registration and Thank-You pages now! It’s great to be able to have a uniform look across all the pages for your webinars! If you want the Theme to be more versatile, simply edit the theme in the Themes Module!

5. You know how you can bulk-clone and bulk-delete by checking the boxes on your webinar listing page? Now you can also bulk-theme your webinars. Just check the boxes by the webinars you want to change and choose ‘Select Theme’ from the drop down in the upper-right corner.

6. You can change the phone number listed in your profile! Just click your name/username in the upper-right hand corner when you’re logged into your account. The phone number in your profile links directly to your branding below the webinar!

7. It used to be when you added your own new webinar, each text field on the Add page had to be filled in before you could publish. Now, feel free to fill in the new info at your own speed. Make some choices, publish & check it out, make some more selections and preview your new webinar as you go!

Check out these great new features & if you have and questions, you can hit us up at the Help Desk (www.carlwhitehelpdesk.com) and on Live Chat!

How to get 30 Referral Partners in 3 hours!

Thursday, October 7th, 2010

One of our LO’s created 30 New Referral Partners in one day! Is this typical? Actually
it is for users who just show the system. Pat Fehlig got a table at a Realtor Business Fair and laid out some flyers from the Marketing Done4U area on Gogo. Net result: 30 Realtors want the system. 30 NEW referral partners! Thir-ty! 3-0! …in 3 hours! This is not rocket science. If she did it, YOU CAN TOO!

Check out this 6 min. interview to see how she did it!

Newest Feature Launch!

Thursday, September 30th, 2010

Last Friday, we launched a huge suite of new features that are going to blow your mind! Now, making changes in your GoGo account is a piece of cake! Super user-friendly and sleek… If you haven’t seen them, be sure to take a look:

1. The Webinar Listing page has been streamlined and now
organizes your webinars into folders by Referral Partner.

2. Themes and Branding templates which have been created for
you and now appear in your Themes and Dropdown selectors.

3. When adding a Gogo Page, a Referral Partner dropdown selector
has been added at the top of the page. When a selection is made,
it adds the Referral Partner name to the Title and pre-selects all
of the webinars in the list for that Referral Partner.

4. [WEBINAR_DAY] and [WEBINAR_TIME] merge codes
that can be inserted in all of the editors on the add/edit webinar
page and add/edit autoresponder page. So that if you change
the Day and/or Time of a webinar playback, when these codes
are used, all your pages in the set up are automatically updated.

5. Newly cloned webinars are not notated with * New so that
you can easily identify them in a list of webinars.

6. The built in Video Converter has returned. Now you can upload
a file up to 500 megs and the system will automatically convert
the file to .FLV from over 50 different video formats.
